A tab manager and client workspace organizer for freelance web developers, designers, SEO consultants and marketers who juggle 3 to 8 clients and are tired of losing 20 minutes every morning just getting back up to speed.

Before Akarnu

This is what your browser looks like right now.

The problem

Every morning, you spend 20 minutes getting back into your own work.

Which tabs were open? Where did you leave off? What was the next step? You already know the answer. You just can't find it fast enough.

10–20 minutes, every morning
Finding your tabs. Remembering where you stopped. Figuring out what to do first. Every client, every day.
5 clients = 5 mental states
Every client needs its own context in your head. Trying to hold onto all of it and still get work done is exhausting.
Your tools don't remember where you were
Tabs, bookmarks, sticky notes. None of them answer the question that costs you the most time: "Where was I?"
How it works

One click. Back in 3 seconds.

When you switch clients, Akarnu opens their workspace right away: next action, open tasks, deadline. Everything you need is there. No digging through tabs to remember what you were doing.

Everything in one place, not scattered
Next action. Open tasks. Deadline. Akarnu opens the client's workspace directly, so you're not digging through tabs to remember what you were doing.
Switch fast without losing tabs
If you switch clients before saving, Akarnu automatically holds onto your unsaved tabs so you can pick them up later. No manual saving required.
Done with a client? Park it.
Close them out when the work is finished. Tabs, notes, tasks, all saved. Reopen in one click when they're back.
Pricing

Simple. No surprises.

FAQ

Common questions.

When you hit 'Switch', Akarnu closes your current tabs and opens the new client's workspace directly: next action, open tasks, and any deadlines, all visible in one place. No digging through tabs to remember where you left off.
Yes. Install the Chrome extension, create your first client, and add your tabs to it. Nothing to migrate, you build as you go. Setup takes about 2 minutes.
Your data stays safe. If you cancel Pro, you drop to the Free plan, your first 4 clients stay active, the rest are preserved in your archive. Nothing is deleted.
Akarnu is built with freelancers in mind, people who juggle 3–8 clients at a time. But if you work on multiple parallel projects and lose time switching between them, it works just as well for you.
Currently Chrome only. Firefox and Edge support is planned for a future update.
